Asphalt making:

The HE-DO Ltd. on the asphalt mixer settlement of Abasár and Veresegyház produces rolled asphalts mixes based on ÚT 3.301 and MSZ EN 13108:1-8 standards. The Abasár mixer settlement has been functioning since 1999- and in Veresegyház since 2007.

Concrete mixing

The HE-DO Ltd. in Abasár settlement manufactures concrete mixes based on MSZ EN 206-1 (MSZ 4798-1) standards. The Abasár concrete mixer settlement has been working since 2006.

Liebherr concrete mix 1.0.R type concrete mixer got to development with 50 m3 of theoretical performance hourly.

Road construction:

Our company won on an application works on the state public road network and makes casing affirmation and profile correction works in Budapest in Heves, Nógrád, Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Budapest counties.

We took a part in 1997 in M3 motorway from Gyöngyös to Füzesabony in a section's building, in 2007 we made casing correction works likewise on the part of the mentioned motorway section.

The local governments belong to our customers' other big group, since it we attend several settlements in counties mentioned higher up road building, road-building, pavement cycle track building and in restoration works after public utility building.
Our firm figures on the list of the constructor accepted by UKIG.
They are attached to these two big circles the private ordering completed works, between which there is a depot, a renovation or building, and shopping centre road and car park building.

Quality testing laboratory:

The HE-DO Ltd. in the beginning of its work already kept an important one, that let the quality of the products produced by it be equal to the customers' claim (for the expectations of standards). In the beginning the HE-DO Ltd's examinations of quality was provided by BAU-TESZT Ltd., but since 2002- the HE-DO Ltd. runs an own laboratory, what is accredited in 2006 based on MSZ EN 17025:a 2000 standard and continued onto its basis, and it turned to MSZ EN 17025 standard version 2005 in 2007.

The scopes of operation of the laboratory:

  • the field examinations of roadway structures
  • geotechnikal examinations,
  • the examination of mixed asphalt,
  • the examination of concrete compressive strength,
  • the sampling of stock and end-product
